Ultra-Trail Australia Collective Camp

What

The Distance Collective Ultra-Trail Australia camp. Two nights in the beautiful Blue Mountains covering areas of the Ultra-Trail Australia 22km/50km/100km. 
 

The camp will include a Friday afternoon run, a long run on Saturday and another run on Sunday morning.  Each run will be fully coached with plenty of opportunities to improve upon your running efficiency and technical running skills.

This training camp is designed to strengthen and develop you as an individual, so the distances you run each day will be relative to your level of experience.
 

Between runs we will be hosting recovery sessions and seminars designed to maximise your training.

Where

Accommodation at YHA Katoomba. 

When

Arrive at 4 pm, 10 January 2020.

Check out at 8 am, 12 January. 

Breakdown

Friday, 10 January
 

  • Check in to the accommodation. 

  • Group introduction run on Narrowneck Plateau up to 20km.

  • Group BBQ at the accommodation.

Saturday, 11 January
 

  • Breakfast at the accommodation. 

  • Group run on UTA50 course up to 35km.

  • Series of workshops designed to provide you with information to maximise your future running objectives.

  • Recovery session.

  • Dinner in Katoomba (not included in cost of camp).

Sunday, 12 January
 

  • Mobility session.

  • Breakfast at the accommodation.

  • Check out of the accommodation. 

  • Group run on Six Foot Track up to 20km.

Cost

$150 per person (for the dorm room).

$250 per person (for the private room).

Cost includes everything mentioned above, except Saturday night dinner.

Payable on acceptance of registration.
