We believe running is a collective of ideas and practices not limited to lacing up and heading out the door. We emphasise the importance of strength training, specificity and simplifying the process of developing speed, strength, and endurance throughout training cycles.

USING, BUT NOT DEPENDENT ON DATA

The Distance Collective uses TrainingPeaks to develop, track and analyse your training. We believe that data forms a part of the coaching process but also understand that data only contributes a small part of a much bigger holistic picture with regards to life, stress, mental health, and the overall enjoyment of running. Never outrun your love of running.

The Distance Collective delivers individual, adaptable programming designed to maximise your response to training and have you arriving at race day healthy, happy and ready to run.

PRICING

The Distance Collective believes coaching is a two-way street whereby the coach-client relationship is founded on strong communication and frequent discussion aimed at developing and empowering the client throughout their running journey.
 
For this reason, we offer a single pricing structure.  

Premium Package: $130 per month.

Includes -

  • development, management and ongoing adjustment to a training plan through the TrainingPeaks platform;

  • unlimited coach contact through email and phone;

  • access to strength training plans;

  • race planning and analysis;

  • weekly group sessions in North Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney;

  • race-specific training days and information sessions.
